Appointments and Cancellations:
a) We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible.

c) We understand that cancellations may be unavoidable and, in this case, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. If less than this notice is provided, the Booking Policy will be implement and a cancellation fee may apply.

Pricing and Payments:
a) Our prices are subject to change without notice.

c) We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle and any other payment options specified by the salon.

Service Satisfaction:
a) We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your visit for any reason, please inform us within seven days so that we can address any issues, corrections will not be honored outside this window. Contact Us

Merchandise Return Policy:
a) Products purchased from Melissa Hair Studio may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unused and accompanied by a valid receipt.

b) Melissa Hair Studio is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. Some of the links shared in our promotional materials, website and blog may be affiliate links, which means if you click on the link and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to yo. Any return requests should be directed to Amazon as per their return policy.

Gift Cards/Vouchers:
a) Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

b) Gift cards/vouchers must be used within the validity period stated on them, and any remaining balance will not be carried over.

Liability:
a) Melissa Hair Studio is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on salon premises.

b) We cannot be held responsible for any unpleasant reactions to hair care products or treatments, so please notify us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
