At Melissa Hair Studio I value your time and I’m commitment to providing the best service possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, I have implemented the following booking policy.

Booking Policy.

1.Appointments & Scheduling.

  • Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slots.

  • All new clients are required to schedule an initial consultation before booking any services. Click New Client to follow the step to book a consultation.

  • New Clients Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% is required to secure an appointment after a previous consultation. This deposit will be applied toward the final bill.

  • .Appointment Confirmation & Auto-Cancellation: A text message reminder will be sent before your appointment, including a confirmation link. If you do not confirm within the specified time, your appointment will be automatically canceled and made available to another client.

  • Late Arrivals: A grace period of [ 10-15 minutes] is allowed. After this, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling.

  • 24 Hour Notice Required: I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

3.Late Cancellations & No-Shows.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

4.How to Cancel or Reschedule.

Cancellations and reschedule can be made any time within 24 hours or through the confirmation link too confirm, cancel or reschedule the appointment , via text message, call or through our online booking system.
