Booking Policy
Melissa Hair Studio has implemented a firm booking policy to ensure that everyone's time is respected and appointments are handled efficiently. The new policy is clear established for scheduling, rescheduling, canceling and no- show appointments at Melissa Hair Studio. I understand that sometimes unexpected events can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your schedule.
New Clients
A Hair Consultation follows with a deposit fee of 50% of the cost of the services is required before you reserve an appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total cost of the service. The deposit fee will be non-refundable if you fail to follow the booking policy, instead, it will be used as late cancellation fee or as No- Show protection fee.
Cancellations & Reschedule
A 24-hour minimum of the appointment time is required for canceling or rescheduled appointment, if you fail, you will be charged the 50% of the cost of the services.
No Shows
If a client does not show up for their appointment they will be charged 50% of the service and if the appointment was over 2 hours they will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.
